Your Opportunity

Are you someone who loves data and using it to help solve problems or to identify useful trends? Do you want to learn how to present insights in a meaningful way that brings data to life that will support business decision making? Do you have an interest in programming or want to learn it? Then a Data and Insight apprenticeship at Zurich could be your ideal job!

You will be part of a team that is key to supporting our Retail business by delivering data and insights to enable our business to reach our growth targets in the provision of risk and insurance solutions for our customers. We put the customer at the heart of everything that we do, and we need enthusiastic, like-minded people to join us on our journey.

Key responsibilities:

Design and build a suite of dashboards to provide real time visuals to enable operational leaders to deliver excellent service performance
Provide meaningful insight including trends and suggested actions
Continually look for ways to improve processes and automate data production
Be an active team member of a large multi-location Underwriting environment.

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English.

Ability to build strong working relationships
