Position Overview & Specifications

Customer Service Representative (Part Time - School Hours)
Location: Swindon (hybrid working available after training)
Salary: £21,500 to £23,880 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Part-time, hours available that suit working parents

The opportunity:

What will you be doing?

You will be an integral part of our business, supporting our customers and advisers if they have any queries on their application or policy. This role is not about getting through calls quickly – it is about understanding the caller’s needs and delivering a great outcome. We also want you to have the ability be able to play an active role in shaping our business, suggesting, and getting involved in how we can improve!

We can offer hours that will fit around childcare and school pick up and drop offs. As well as no evening or weekend working, we offer a hybrid working model so once you’re up to speed you can work from your own home if you prefer for up to 50% of the time.

  • Provide accurate information to advisers, customers and other third parties
