PA/Carer

I am a sociable 27 year old full-time wheelchair user. I love football (Arsenal), I am a season ticket holder and go most weekends. I enjoy going to other sporting events and music concerts and festivals. I also enjoy going to the cinema and socialising with friends and family over a drink and having fun.

I am looking for multiple PA’s to join my care team who are caring, compassionate, fun, outgoing, energetic and easy to get on with. Shifts are within the timeframe of 7am to 7pm (but flexibility is required), Monday to Sunday. Both full time and part time roles are available.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Taking me to my office (in central london)

· Undertaking personal care tasks like toileting, showering, dressing, physio, medication, etc

· Assisting me with my health needs such as Insulin injection, ventilator/cough assist machine to name a few (training will also be provided)

· Domestic duties will need to be undertaken such as cleaning, doing the laundry, ironing etc.

· Accompanying me to appointments, work, trips out or events, etc. being willing to assist me on nights out is desirable

Essential Requirements:

· NI Number and proof of right to work

· Valid DBS (can be applied for at no cost to the PA)

* Be punctual, reliable and be flexible with your working hours when required

* Fluent in English

* Be discreet and caring

* To be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

* Full Driving License. Must be comfortable driving in and around central London

Other requirements:

· No experience Need. Skills can be taught, and experience gained but if you do have experience then that will be great.

· Applicants will need to wear PPE and being Covid vaccinated is very much desirable, but not essential.

Salary:

£12 per hour (please contact me if self-employed in regards to pay)
