We are currently looking for multitasking people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a real passion for food/wine and customer service. We have both full and part time positions available, also with immediate starts.

Pub Manager/Shift Manager
Main duties and responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times with the key aim of retaining customers and attracting new customers
- Ensure that all drinks and associated products are served and presented in accordance with Company standards
- Maintain product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions and any new products
- Adhere to the Company’s cash handling and stock control procedures
- Ensure that the bar, front of house and toilets are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines
- Adhere to the Company’s Uniform policy at all times when on duty
- Maintain a high level of attendance and time keeping in line with their rota
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Adhere to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, Customs and Excise regulations, food hygiene, health and safety and Company policy.
- Maintain continuous development of their personal knowledge and abilities by completing all workbooks and projects.

Salary: £7.00-£12.50 per hour
