Sales Executive – Cambridgeshire: High Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity is available to work for a multi award winning company who are the UK market leaders in the fast-paced Exhibition, Marketing Display and Print industry.
Due to expansion, we are looking for driven and passionate Sales Executives to join our sales team. The sales environment is fast paced and high energy, serving an extensive and varied customer base from sole traders to Blue Chip Multinationals.
You would need to be results driven and completely customer focused. Some B2B sales experience is preferred but not essential to the application. What is essential is that you can display a proven record of delivering high customer service, the ability to solve client’s requirements, enjoy working as part of a team and have the philosophy that the customer comes above all else.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently and professionally engage with customers via telephone, email, virtual meetings, and face to-face.
- Deliver a sincere and relatable customer experience, ensuring that client’s needs are interpreted correctly and advise on solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
- Deliver a frictionless sales experience that relies on product knowledge, diligent advice and helping customers rather than hard selling.
- Work well with others as part of a team and within the company and be self-motivating to achieve individual targets and continual improvement.
- Understand buying signals, sales funnels and utilise effective communication.
- Work closely with partners and customer accounts, with a long-term approach to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship over the long-term.
- Manage your customer base and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve personal sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong phone presence and ability to thrive on high call volumes.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets and have fun.
The role is office based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK. Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Starting salary negotiable, uncapped commission potential + benefits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
