About us:

WOOOF is an e-commerce store founded by dog parents for dog parents. We offer a unique blend of hand-picked dog products for all your dog’s needs. With us, you can shop confidently, knowing that you are always shopping for the highest quality items for your pet and supporting small, local, or sustainable businesses.

We are focusing intensely on the community feel of the company through organising offline events and growing our community online! This is why we are currently on a hunt for a content creator to help us engage and grow our community.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who loves dogs and is knowledgeable (willing to go extra mile to learn) about dog products, nutrition and behaviours —someone who can help us reach new audiences and engage and educate existing ones.

What you will be working on:

• Blog: You will be writing content for our blog posts and scouting professionals in the industry, e.g. vets, nutritionists etc., to contribute to our blog. You will also work with AI tools as well as proofread and improve upon the autogenerated output.
• SEO: You will use tools like Semrush to analyse keywords and integrate them into the blog posts.
• Product Listings: You will work to improve the organic performance of our product listings through copywriting, competitor analysis and keyword integrations.

Who we think you are:

• Copywriting experience either from a paid or unpaid position
• Experience in the dog-world through a previous employment e.g. vet, behaviourist, nutritionist, dog walker...
• Fluent in English, Other languages are a plus
• 40h availability per week
• Driven and Self-propelled
• Curious and willing to learn
• A doer who dares to test out new things
