Position Overview & Specifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join WithU. This role will support the Commercial team, working closely with them to help achieve our ambitious growth plans.

The Graphic Designer role will support the team by working on all things design, from new business acquisition decks, partnership growth materials, general commercial collateral and marketing assets to support brand promotion and ongoing client success.


The Role:

Help facilitate the visual aspect of our brand within the Commercial team. Help define and develop our brand narrative, style, and positioning by maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all commercial materials and projects. Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling pieces for all types of marketing and commercial assets that drive business results.

Working across brand, general graphics, presentations, print, digital and driving creative concepting from the commercial team through to prospects and loyal customers. With the support of the Commercial team you will have the opportunity to take the lead as the team's designer, taking projects from concept to completion and managing multiple work streams effectively to meet deadlines.

Your skill set and input will help facilitate the visual aspect of our brand in everything that the Commercial team works on.

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to throw themselves into all aspects of the role, the commercial team is fast paced and there is always a need for design. We want the ability to brief you on what is needed and let the magic happen.


Work alongside the commercial team on

  • Presentations

  • Sales outreach materials

  • Client onboarding collateral

  • On going commercial communications

  • Support account managers of existing client base needs

  • Liaise and build positive relationships with internal teams

  • Joining client meetings to determine their requirements and timescale.

  • Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.

  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.

  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material

  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

  • Keeping up to date with design and software trends

  • Liaising with the marketing or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is presented to the highest quality

  • Keep assets up to date, organised, and easily accessible for others to use on-demand via a shared drive


Must-haves

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a graphic, visual, brand, or marketing designer?

  • An outstanding portfolio with a beautiful aesthetic and a mindful, intelligent approach to visual problem-solving.

  • Experience designing across mediums.

  • Good knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Knowledge of Figma and + Google Suite is a plus.

  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality & a consistently high level of attention to detail.

  • Digital design fluency.

  • Exceptional creativity and innovation.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

  • Professional approach to time and deadlines.


Details

  • Full-time (5 days week) - working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Remote working, with 1 day per week in Head office (Tuesday, Chiswick)
