Aluminium Powder coating Technician – Pre-Treatment area

Shift rotating weekly – 6am – 2pm / 2pm-10pm - £25,027.29

Role

Responsible for Pre- Treatment of aluminium sections in preparation for Powder coating.

Working within a chemical pre-treatment process there will an emphasis on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.

Ensuring process parameters are maintained

Segregate all non-conforming products (condition of base)

Communicate information via the relevant communication channels

Alert relevant people to process and product concerns

Agree and complete training and development requirements as determined by the training plan

Safeguard property issued by the company

Ensure condition of base is fit for purpose

Ensure workplace is clean and tidy - all housekeeping procedures followed associated with tasks

Transfer the knowledge and skills among the team (others)

Undertake reasonable duties as and when required.

Skills/Abilities

Basic level of numeracy and literacy.

Ability to use a PC to an operational level.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to learn and develop
