Position Overview & Specifications

We are currently looking for an energetic Head of Reception to join the team at Unique cafe fare and cocktails in a garden-like, rooftop setting at an upscale department store. . The Head of Reception will oversee the reception team, run the front door, manage bookings in house & deal with booking enquiries.

Responsibilities:

Manage all operations with excellent customer service while maintaining the culture and value of the company.
Understand the guest's needs and expectations and be able to quickly build a rapport with all our customers.
Seek feedback from customers and implement changes to ensure all customers are happy and having fun.
Ensure all admin enquiries have been dealt with such as the booking systems, logbooks as well as emails and phone calls.
Responsible for hiring all host associates and training all new starters in line with company brand standards.
Daily Supervision of all team members ensuring all staff are aware of services and facilities in operation.
Ensuring all the Reception & cloakroom teams are organised and trained in their respective tasks.
Effectively dealing with any guest’s issues and complaints
