We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who:

Is warm, friendly and a natural with guests
Team focused. Support and guide our team to deliver the best possible service
Has at least one year in a management capacity within a Restaurant
Is experienced in a busy, standards led environment, ideally branded
Is committed to a career in hospitality
Has bags of energy and enthusiasm
Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
