Position Overview & Specifications

The Wholesale Assistant role is at the heart of our growing wholesale division, and is a great stepping stone to a career in account management or buying. You will provide key support to our international partners and customer base, helping us to grow this new and fast-paced area of the business.

What you will be doing
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration and assisting with the efficient running of the department
  • Supporting with range building and creating product catalogues, lookbooks, price lists and order forms
  • Managing price files to ensure invoicing is accurate and efficient
  • Implementing processes to manage our wholesale order in-take
  • Critical path and ordering calendar management
  • Sourcing and collating product information, imagery and other assets needed by customers
  • Providing general admin support to our international wholesale customers
  • Manage sourcing samples and organising sending these to key accounts
  • Run ad-hoc data and collate sales reports to assist analysis

What we are looking for
  • You will ideally have previous similar retail/admin/wholesale experience
  • You will have excellent admin and organizational ability, teamed with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be confident in communicating and developing internal and external relationships
  • Enthusiasm for wholesale and desire to grow with the business
  • Strong numerical skills with great attention to detail will be required, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
