Bank Nursing Auxiliary

Salary: £20,473 - £20,895 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience and pro rata for part-time)

Weston Hospicecare provides care for local people who are living with life-limiting illnesses. We are currently looking for a Nursing Auxiliary to complement the current team of highly skilled nurses and nursing auxiliaries. This role will be based in our 10 bedded In-patient Unit with the opportunity to work in the Community team and our Day Hospice.

Our bank nursing staff work a variety of shifts to cover a 24 hour period during periods of planned and unplanned absence.

Ideally, you will have had experience working with patients within palliative are or oncology, however, if you consider yourself to be able to deliver high quality patient care, had recent acute care experience and have a keen interest in palliative care we would like to hear from you.

Appointment to this post is subject to an Enhanced DBS certificate.
