Position Overview & Specifications
Wenzel’s is a bakery retail chain currently comprising 101 outlets and a central bakery. We manufacture bread and cakes, and offer delicious hot and cold takeaway products to over 250,000 customers a week.
Within this role you will be working closely with key stakeholders within the business in a busy office environment. You will report directly to the General Manager and work on multiple projects within the business. These will include networking, hardware solutions as well as taking a leading role on software packages within Wenzel's. The role will include scope to bring your own ideas and develop the IT infrastructure further.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00- 17.30
IT Administrator Responsibilities:
- Setting and maintaining networks at the head offices & shops
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Providing IT support
- Maintain the online delivery platform, EPOS, BI tool back office
- Negotiating and maintaining the CCTV software across the board
IT Administrator Requirements:
- Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
