Location: London, The Speechmark + (Hybrid Working*)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

This is a pivotal role within the digital marketing team within Vodafone. Coming into our multi-year transformational investment into our eCommerce channel, this role will play a key part in driving our online growth strategy.


You will be part of an SEO team that is responsible for driving SEO traffic growth. Success for this role will mean growing our share of natural search traffic across all our product categories; from Pay Monthly phones to Home Broadband, in additional to working across three different brands (Vodafone, VOXI, and TalkMobile).


Your day-to-day role will involve:


  • Contributing to the development of our Technical and Innovation SEO roadmap.
  • Working with stakeholders across business on implementing SEO recommendations.
  • Contributing to hitting our SEO KPIs and commercial performance targets.
  • Supporting on automation projects from ideation to execution.
  • Responsible for supporting automation of SEO tasks and tools creation.

Who you are


We’re looking for someone with a passion for Digital Marketing, content SEO, and eCommerce, with demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced, agile environment. We’re looking for someone who is able to learn and challenge themselves.


You will have:


  • Experience in Technical SEO and automation projects – either agency or client side.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement, especially in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with automation using Python and/or JavaScript (e.g. automated reporting, generate meta data, find keywords, identify keyword cannibalization etc.).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to operate in a changing and ambiguous environment – where priorities, resourcing, and requirements might change due to the agile nature we work in.
