Head of Sales

We are looking for a Head Sales to join our Central Membership Team.

As Head Sales, you will devise & implement bespoke sales strategies for our clubs increase sales performance roles.

The role:

• Create short term, medium- and long-term strategies to address missed sales opportunities, increase volume and overall yield contribution
• Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders on projects to optimise sales opportunities.
• To understand and work in collaboration with digital marketing to drive sales objective outcomes
• Ability to research and comprehend local competition and modern sales methodologies across industries, to consider
  short-, medium- and long-term benefits within Leisure industry.

What qualities does a Head Sales need to join Virgin Active?

• Educated to degree level r equivalent experience
• 5+ years' sales management
• High-energy, resolute and open minded
• Transparent, honest, will take accountability and likes to have fun at work
• Have an exception understanding of KPI's and know how to meet them
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
