Home-based Account Executive (New Business Sales)

The Role

As a home-based Account Executive at Viewber, you will work to identify new B2B sales opportunities, as well as some B2C (Landlord and Investors), within the Property Industry. You will successfully onboard new clients which includes introductory calls to discuss our services, online demonstrations of the client dashboard and setting up client user accounts. You will also attend webinars, podcasts and external events when required.

Whilst the position is home-based, you must live in Hampshire, Berkshire or Surrey for ease of attending in-person training, meetings and/or events.

The core hours of the role are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility may be required on occasion in order to attend meetings, events and conferences outside of your core working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing demos of the client dashboard and introducing services to clients.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our customers and prospects.
• Conduct on-going research to identify new leads and decision makers.
• Develop a sales pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own activities, that include in-person meetings, emails, phone calls and social media initiatives.
• Working closely with BD and the Marketing Team to plan marketing campaigns to acquire new business.
• Attending weekly sales team meetings, suggesting new sales ideas and assisting with the sales planning.
• Be an ambassador for Viewber at external events, webinars and podcasts.
• Achieve targets and KPIs as agreed with the Head of Sales.
• Complete accurate tracking of communication via HubSpot.

Key Competencies and Skills

• 2+ years of Account Executive or B2B Sales experience.
• A great communicator who is enthusiastic about helping clients.
• Keen to learn new skills and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient and can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Previous experience with HubSpot and HelpScout would be ideal, but not essential.

Things to consider

You will need to have an Office Set-up at home which is free from distractions and noise, as well as your own laptop and high-speed broadband.
