Veterinary Surgeon - Fantastic Location/Sponsorship Available

Our client, a multiple award-winning veterinary practice, is seeking a motivated, experienced veterinary surgeon, with general surgical and medical skills, looking to progress their career.

This is a modern, purpose-built practice with digital x-ray, blood pressure monitoring, laparoscopy, full in-house lab, separate dog, cats and exotics kennel wards and fully equipped operating theatre.

You will be joining their existing team of 3 veterinary surgeons, 6 qualified veterinary nurses, 1 trainee veterinary nurse, 2 veterinary nursing assistants and 4 receptionists all supported by the clinical and admin team leaders.

They have their teams’ well-being in mind so their offer this full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible rota if desired, with catch up time built into the diary, a protected lunch break and dedicated admin time. The working pattern includes 1 in 4 weekends only, which are inclusive of your hours, and no OOH.

The salary package on offer includes 6.6 weeks holiday, private health cover, enhanced sick leave pay, contributory Pension Scheme, paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS), dedicated and generous CPD allowance including 5 paid days to attend as a minimum and cycle to work scheme.

This clinic is located in Wiltshire, close to Bath and Frome, where you can discover stunning beaches, green spaces, woodlands, lakes & more. With direct trains to London, you’ll also be just an hour away from the nearest airport.
