We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. This role will be working on a static site in Mayfair.

As a Static Engineer your main responsibilities will be;

Duties and Responsibilities

• To undertake ppms across this site - this building is high end residential including commercial aspects.
• Duties will include mechanical, electrical, fabric works, plant maintenance, building checks etc
• Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub contractors
• Liaising and communicating with the client.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Static Engineer role;

• You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round ppm works on site
• You will be electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 3 minimum in the bias
• You will have excellent communication and client facing skills

Whats On Offer?

• Salary to £41,000 DOE
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• 24 days annual leave plus birthday off and bank holidays
• Part of a callout rota 1 week in 5 - £200 for being on the rota
• Pension contribution
• Regular staff meetings with engineers

Salary: £36,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
