We’re looking for an exceptional marketing intern to work with the Product Manager and Head of Community alongside a high-performing team of product engineers. The internship is ideal for a smart graduate wanting to work in a startup environment and enter the world of web3. It’s a paid 6 month full-time internship in London with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and Discord)
Assist with editorial content and copywriting
Handle customer support via Intercom, email, live chat and video calls
Update website content
Write Help Center articles when needed
Gather and analyze customer data and insights

Skills and experience

Graduated with BA or MA from a leading university
Experience & understanding of blockchain & Web3 technologies
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Outstanding organization and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personable, confident and outgoing
Creative thinker – we’re always open to new ideas!

Nice to have

Previous experience in communication/marketing is desirable
Experience with design tools, especially Figma, Photoshop or InDesign.
Familiar with marketing software and tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google analytics etc.)
