What you will do

We’re looking for a mix of strong UI design and development skills to help us create various emails and web pop-up modals to be used on Braze for customer communication.

You will be closely working with the CRM Manager and create templates, modals, or content blocks to drive activation, engagement, win-back campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, feature launches, and more.

Our design practice is as much about the business impact as it is about the customer, so we are looking for someone open to constructive criticism and ready to test different ideas to help us improve the customer experience and positively impact business growth.

About you

• 4+ years of working proficiency in HTML & CSS, understanding of email table layouts, and browser compatibility. Knowledge of ReactJS would be a plus.
• Experience working with Figma and pairing up with a designer
• Experience creating and coding newsletter and web pop-up layouts for Braze or a similar CRM platform
• Strong customer focus and passion for building great marketing collateral

• This project will take 2-4 months and we’ll need your input 10-20hrs/week.
