Production Operative

We are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy team, and be part of a growing business with huge national presence with several sites across the U.K.

We operate a continental shift pattern of 4 shifts on 4 shifts off (6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am). Candidates MUST be able to work this shift pattern.

As a Production Operative you will have:

- Previous experience in a factory

- Experience of meeting targets

- Team work

- Attention to detail

- Excellent communication

A Production Operatives responsibilities will be:

- Following the instructions of the Production and Shift Manager to achieve the production plan

- To follow the written work instructions of the Quality system to achieve a consistent, safe product meeting the requirements of the customer

- Operate machinery in line with written work instructions

- Work at the rate required to achieve the production plan

- Monitor the process to achieve the required quality of product

- Collect samples and complete production and quality records

Salary: £23,400.00-£27,040.00 per year
