Position Overview & Specifications
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the new media operations of the company's real estate leasing business, including but not limited to the daily operation and promotion of WeChat public account, Weibo, Mini Program, APP and other platforms.
- Independently plan and execute various online marketing activities, improve brand awareness and user stickiness, and promote business growth.
- Responsible for writing, editing and publishing high-quality content, including text, images, videos, etc., to improve platform interactivity and user experience.
- Track and analyze platform data, write data analysis reports and provide improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize the platform's operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate cooperation between various departments to ensure the orderly progress of various operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Preferably with a degree in Marketing, Media, New Media or a related field.
- Fluent in Both Mandarin and English.
- Have more than 1 year of relevant experience in new media operations of the Internet industry, familiar with the operation and rules of various social media platforms, and have successful online marketing cases.
- Have excellent content planning, writing, and editing skills, and be able to independently complete various forms of content creation, such as articles, images, videos, etc.
- Proficient in various image and video shooting and post-production techniques, and have good photography skills.
- Have data analysis and processing capabilities, and be proficient in using various data analysis tools to provide data support for the business.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to coordinate cooperation between various departments to ensure the orderly progress of various operational tasks.
