Upwards Care Solutions are a 16+ provider with home across the North of England, primarily Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Crewe and Hull. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and empowering environment for our Young People in order to prepare them for independence.
We are a very supportive and friendly organisation which is growing quickly, and this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to join our company. About the home and the role… You will live in the property with the Young People for 2 weeks at a time followed by 1 or 2 weeks off.
The pattern is negotiable for the right candidate. All of our homes are beautifully finished, and you will have your own bedroom. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, supporting Young People with appointments, encouraging the Young People to attend education and providing a supportive and efficient environment for them to grow in. You will report to your team leader and will benefit from regular supervisions and training.

You will have
· Good IT skills
· Enhanced DBS including children’s barred list
· NVQ Level 3 Health and Social care or working towards it
· Excellent communication skills
· Support worker experience
· Previous experience writing reports and attention to detail
Pattern : Live in 2 weeks on 1 week off
