The Role

The Student Engagement and Communications Coordinator will enhance the student experience by supporting engagement initiatives and developing communications that build a sense of belonging for University of London students. The postholder will support engagement projects such as the new student ambassador programme and the creation and continuous improvement of community-focused content. The role is based within the University of London Worldwide, which delivers a portfolio of online programmes to around 45,000 students globally.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of supporting the planning, development and implementation of community engagement campaigns across a range of platforms, such as email, social media and virtual learning environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Interviews will be scheduled for Friday,14th July 2023. If you are invited to attend an interview, you will be asked to complete a timed written test.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
