College of Science Executive Office

The College of Science is looking to recruit two enthusiastic administrators who are keen to make a difference. You'll be joining a dedicated team whose focus is on providing consistently excellent support to students and staff.

There are two positions available, one within the School of Computer Science, and one within the School of Pharmacy.

We're looking for candidates who are proactive and able to work on their own initiative to deliver service improvements, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer service in a busy environment. In this role, you will largely manage your own time to determine priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective administration of a wide range of activities, working in collaboration with colleagues across the University to ensure the delivery of an excellent student experience. You will provide advice and guidance on a range of University processes and procedures.
