Midwife - Soon to Qualify

Are you a midwifery student soon to qualify? If so, come and join our forward thinking, award winning team of midwives at Haywards Heath or Brighton. We are a friendly, cohesive team that put pregnant women and people at the centre of our care and embrace partnership working.

This role would involve working in our Brighton and/or Haywards Heath sites, providing a wide variety of midwifery care and support which will enable you to develop knowledge and skills in delivering contemporary midwifery practice embracing both low risk and high risk care.

We support over 5,000 women and pregnant people a year across the two sites and have an exceptionally high home birth rate. We offer a strong and supportive preceptorship programme that will help develop your career, enabling you to achieve your advanced midwifery competencies and become part of a strong midwifery team. We have well established Continuity of Carer teamsand are continuing to develop these further in line with Better Birth targets.
