Web developer (Remote)

The role
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our organisation and work on our internal web needs as well as the projects that we have globally. The person will be working closely with account managers and clients to fully understand their requirements, and offer recommendations based on those needs. You will also be responsible for all stages of the Build and development lifecycle, from requirement gathering, development, training, and support.

Main responsibilities

• Design and build Web solutions specific to client and internal needs
• Work with clients to resolve technical issues with existing solutions
• Work with the wider business to present new ideas
• Create Design plans and mock-ups for prospective clients
• Manage deployment of new solutions and Updates to existing solutions

Skills and experience

• Technically Minded
• IT savvy
• Ability to understand client requirements
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• WordPress, magento, hybris, woocommerce
• Payment gateways
• Database
• O365
• Good communication skills as to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Positive attitude
• Desire to learn new technologies
• People management and team growth
