Job Description:

As a Content Creator you will work with our marketing team to produce visually stunning and engaging content showcasing our cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, vision, and passion. From shooting and editing videos to graphic design, planning and optimising content for various platforms, you will play a crucial role in our digital media presence and online branding.

We are looking for someone bursting with creativity with great attention to detail. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital and social media strategies, managing our various digital and social media channels, and forming key relationships with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality and visually appealing content for all social channels and digital campaigns.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure all content is tailored to specific brand guidelines and target audiences.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms. Shoot and edit new video content across our clinic locations for a range of digital platforms, adapting created content to suit different channels.
  • Edit photos and imagery for the web, social, blogs, and email.
  • Optimise content, size, fit, and scale for various channels and platform requirements.
  • Analyse competitors and pitch/develop new content ideas to the broader team.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and platforms, ensuring you are always one step ahead.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
  • Oversee, plan, and deliver tailored content across different platforms.
  • Scheduling and management of the day-to-day handling for channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads and TikTok.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promotes the Élan brand.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across digital and social media platforms.
  • Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
  • Undertake audience research. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business-related discipline
  • Competent across all Microsoft Office packages
  • 2+ years’ experience in a social, digital and marketing role
  • Organised with excellent project management.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Experience in planning campaigns or being part of the campaign process
  • Experience working with the entire marketing mix: print, social and digital
  • Experience in the Aesthetic industry is ideal but not compulsory
  • Experience in Social Media scheduling and community management
  • Proven content creation and video editing skills with a keen eye for detail to produce visually stunning and engaging content
  • Proven graphic design experience with a love of brand and design – experience with Adobe and Canva
  • Good copy writing skills
  • A keen interest in human psychology, how brand and marketing can influence a consumer, and what messaging makes the most significant impact
