· Hours of Work:

o 37.5 hours per week

o Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (with a 30-minute break)

o There may be occasions on an ‘as and when’ basis, when the successful candidate will need to be potentially available to work additional hours / at a weekend to meet the needs of the business.

· Holidays: 25 Annual Days + 3 x Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day)

· Description: As our graphic designer, you will report into our Marketing & E-Commerce Manager and will be responsible for designing assets and producing content to support digital marketing campaigns. In this role you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer (commencing maternity leave from May 2023), Marketing Lead and Digital Marketing Executive. You must have some experience of designing assets and creating content and, have the enthusiasm to bring an idea or a brief to life. The role is for a creative individual with a keen eye for detail, who works well as part of a team and is highly organised.

· Responsibilities:

o Designing impactful and engaging graphics and content which will be used for digital marketing campaigns, online advertising, targeted emails, and social media

o Creating web assets for online shopping and landing pages

o Producing brochures, leaflets, and other sales materials, as well preparing files for print

o Assist in photography and videography of food, recipes, company work & special projects

o Developing campaign visuals and executing from idea to launch

o Introducing new ideas and ways to better achieve results

o Managing a schedule of work and meeting deadlines

· Essential Skills / Requirements:

o At least two-years experience in a similar design/creative role with portfolio

o Good knowledge working with Adobe Creative Suite

o Excellent and proven IT and administrative skills

o Ability to communicate and liaise effectively on all levels with internal and external stakeholders

o Ability to work independently being proactive using own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team

o Ability to manage own workload having excellent time management skills

o Work to a consistently high standard having excellent attention to detail skills, a passion for your work and a strong desire to work within the food sector

· Desirable (not essential):

o A relevant qualification

o Previous experience in photography/videography

o UX design experience
