Architectural Technician

Tulloch of Cummingston are an award-winning housebuilding company based in Moray and are looking to employ a full-time experienced architectural technician to work closely with our current design team, with the possibility of taking a senior role here. Our work and projects range from extensions and renovations, one-off design & build homes, and housing developments; giving the successful candidate a large variety of work and experience.

Applicants must be proficient in CAD and are required to be technically equipped with excellent knowledge of Scottish domestic building regulations and experience in planning applications. Successful candidate will primarily prepare drawings for planning and building warrant applications, with associated duties such as road construction consents, permits, service applications, and material orders.

Salary: Starting from £40,000. Dependant on level of skill, experience, and qualifications.
