Our Vacancy

This is a key position providing administrational support to the Planning Department. The post holder will support with daily tasks of the team including raising Works Requests and assisting with queries.

So what will you be doing?

You will be assisting and supporting the Planning team with general, day-to-day administrative activities within the department. The role also includes;

  • Raising Works requests and ensuring a smooth running or process;
  • Creating reports for the Planning team;
  • Problem solving, resolving queries in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Assist and support the Planning team in the development of the Operations department, contributing to department KPIs;
  • Contribute as a member of the Planning team to deliver of company strategy, objectives and the business plan;
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.


The Person

A strong, proven background within an administration position is essential for this role. Other skills and experience we look for are;

  • Experience in a construction/utilities environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to work as part of a highly focused team to meet deadlines and to work with others to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain compelling relationships
  • Knowledge of administration and reporting techniques
  • IT Skills including MS Word & Excel
