Trayport is once again looking for an IT Graduate to join our successful team, and grow within the business.

After completing your comprehensive training you will become a full member of the Information Systems team providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to our internal users. The role will involve:

Covering the IT Support Helpdesk, providing responsive, consistent, high-quality support to our end-users and meeting service targets
Deploying, configuring, testing and supporting the desktops, laptops, systems software, applications software and mobile phones used at Trayport
Monitoring and supporting servers, networking systems and telecoms systems
Adhering to IT policies, processes, procedures and checklists at all times
Helping to ensure that key systems are available 24 hours a day, and that business continuity is assured in the event of disruptions
Managing long-term projects and smaller ad hoc tasks concurrently, and tracking time spent accurately.
