Part Time Parcel Auditor

Job description

We are looking for a part time parcel auditor to work in our busy Birmingham depot located in Aston. We are an overnight parcel delivery company so your roles would include the following:

• Having great attention to detail, identifying any parcels that are incorrectly manifested onto the wrong services (full training will be given).
• Changing the service of these goods to the correct service by check weighing and measuring dimensions accordingly.
• Communicating with the warehouse team so that items that have been changed to the correct service can be sorted into correct cages.
• Helping move and sort parcels where necessary.
• General clean up at the end of each shift.

Standard hours would be 3:30pm until 7:30pm, so a minimum of 20 hours per week – additional hours may be required due to the nature of the business.

Pay will be at a rate of £12 per hour with excellent opportunities available for the right candidate.

Previous experience in the parcel industry would be useful but not essential.
