Your role

We are seeking a HR Services Assistant to join our People team. In this varied role you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle. Each day will be different, you will be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues providing first line advice and guidance around HR processes, updating HR systems, working efficiently to produce high quality correspondence and documentation, and contributing to the review of policies and automation of processes. You will also work closely with our talented team of Partners and Advisors across the whole People Team on HR related projects providing an opportunity for you to develop your own expertise.

What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for providing a quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. A key attribute of the successful candidate will be high levels of attention to detail, a customer centric approach and experience of working with sensitive and confidential data.

To be a success in this role, you will have previous administration experience and proven experience of using a range of MS packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first step into a HR career or wanting to gain further HR experience.

This is permanent role with a starting salary of £24,104 to £25,916 per annum depending on experience
