Stylist and Technician

• Full consultation with clients
• Building your client base and retention rates, ensuring that all clients receive the authentic TONI&GUY experience
• Referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and product sales.
• Playing a key part in representing and promoting the TONI&GUY brand and Superbrand status at all times.
• Attending all Academy training provided as part of your career journey with TONI&GUY
• Acting as a role model in the salon, mentoring the Apprentices and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
  

Apprentice

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Ensure the client receives a relaxing, but professional shampoo experience.
• Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and have refreshments if requested.
• Attend Academy 1 day per week for training.
• Maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times.
• No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided across all apprenticeship programmes.
• Entry Level – 24 month fixed term contract
• 40 hours a week (over five days) Monday to Sunday.

Salon Assistant

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Ensure the client receives a relaxing, but professional shampoo experience.
• Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and have refreshments if requested.
• Maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times.
• Most importantly, wear a smile… every day!
