The Legal Administrator is part of the Together Group Legal team and will provide administrative support on all matters impacting the Group Legal team from time to time. It is anticipated that this role will be filled on a 0.6FTE part basis (22.5 hours). There is flexibility as to when these hours can be completed as agreed with line manager from time to time.


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently completing ad hoc and scheduled administrative tasks for the Legal Team.
  • Assisting with preparing correspondence to third parties.
  • Assisting with the formatting and pulling together of papers and information prepared by the Legal team.
  • Raising purchase orders and managing the process re payment of suppliers with Finance.
  • Assisting with the completion and maintenance of contract, legal claims and other related databases/ trackers as required from time to time.
  • Collation of key documents and account level information from Group systems to support legal activity and analysis and distributing to third parties as required.
  • Storing and maintaining Legal owned processes and procedures.
  • Supporting the GC and Senior Legal Counsels with ad hoc diary management requests, including the managing arrangements of monthly Legal meetings with the business.
  • Collation and preparation of MI as may be required from time to time.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the Legal team (occasional only).
  • Assisting senior members of the Legal team with team meeting arrangements and agendas.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in an Administrator role is essential
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Positive, can do and approachable attitude
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good literacy, numeracy and multi-tasking skills

Desirable experience and skills:

  • Experience within an office based Customer Service environment
  • Experience within a Legal or claims based environment
