What Are We Looking for
We are seeking a Global Leader of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) who will be responsible for driving D&I strategies to help achieve our mission of inspiring creativity and enriching life. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced D&I leader to make a significant impact in a global organisation, who can navigate global cultural differences and deliver results.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a global diversity & inclusion strategy across the company aligned with the company culture and business objectives, allowing for new and creative recommendations.
2. Partner closely with Culture Business Partners and HRBPs to drive impactful work, whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including company leaders and ERGs.
3. Provide thought-leadership on diversity & inclusion topics, with a focus on invisible as well as visible diversity.
4. Support internal initiatives to help develop a sense of belonging among employees and embed D&I approaches, tools and resources into teams' ways of working.
5. Be the subject matter expert on diversity & inclusion to support the development of internal policies and practices.
6. Lead a global team of diversity & inclusion specialists located across different regions.
7. Foster and maintain relationships with external partnerships.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated experience (a minimum of 15 years) in human resources with a strong focus on diversity & inclusion and/or cultural strategy.
2. A deep understanding of the complexities of D&I across different cultures and geographies.
3. A commercial mindset with an ability to uncover root causes of problems and deliver data-driven insights.
4. Experience of working in a fast-paced and complex environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing circumstances
5. 5+ years of experience in a D&I leadership role, preferably in a global organisation.
6. Strong communication skills along with an ability to build and leverage strong and meaningful working relationships internally and externally across a diverse stakeholder network.
7. Analytical ability to analyse diversity & inclusion trends, issues and opportunities and align these to making practical suggestions for levers of change.
8. Ability to think differently, test new ideas and challenge traditional approaches to D&I.
