Position Overview & Specifications

Fantastic opportunity for an EA to support the CEO within a wonderful Private Equity firm, based in Central London. This is initially an ongoing temp position, with potential to go permanent

What you’ll do:

1:2 high-level business support to the CEO
Acting as first point of contact and gatekeeper
Managing the CEO’s inbox
Heavy diary management and travel management
Wider team support
Internal and external communication
Organising and maintaining office systems
Preparing corporate documents
Expenses
Ah hoc duties

Who you are:

You must have a background in private equity
5 years + experience as an EA
Someone proactive who can hit the ground running
High attention to detail
A proactive self-starter
Professionalism and discretion
