Position Overview & Specifications
We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and a passion for travel.
Duties:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Research destinations and travel options to provide clients with the best possible experience
- Build relationships with clients to understand their preferences and needs for future travel
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
