Health Club Assistant - Part-Time

The Winchester Hotel and Spa is a well-established 4* hotel set in the heart of Winchester. Looking for a Health Club and Spa assistant to join our brand-new spa team.

We have an exciting opportunity in our brand-new luxury spa complete with hydro and thermal areas , relaxation suite , state of the art gym and six luxury treatment rooms.

What will I be responsible for?

• Greet and assist guests
• Assist with reception duties , including memberships , spa treatments and general enquires
• Ensure the poolside, gym , relaxation room and changing area is safe , clean, and hygienic at all times
• Carry out regular poolside checks , including pool testing and plant room maintenance
• Opening and closing of the spa area
• Supervision of the poolside
• General cleaning duties
• Shift work to cover the hours of 6.30am – 9.30pm over 7 days a week

Is this Health Club Assistant role right for me?

• Previous spa experience
• Level 2 fitness instructor preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer service
• Approachable, confident and well presented
