Position Overview & Specifications

The University of Law (ULaw) is one of the UK's longest-established specialist providers of legal education. With an alumni network in excess of 71,000, we’ve trained more practising lawyers in the UK than anyone else.

Due to a successful internal promotion, we are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our Business Development team as a Client Relationship Manager. You will be the main single point of contact for client law firms whose future trainees enrol with The University of Law.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week at our London Moorgate campus.

As our Client Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our client law firms, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand clients' needs, develop solutions to meet their requirements and seek out continuous improvement to services provided
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the University’s key law firm clients. Facilitating the production of key documents and information for the firms and their trainees e.g. assessment results reports, student reports and year planners
  • Organise and manage events and attend meetings both on/off site

We are looking for people who are/have:

  • Ideally you will have experience working in a law related or professional services environment
  • Ideally you will have experience working in professional education and training
  • Customer centric with a natural flare in nurturing client relationships
  • Good all-round IT knowledge, with expertise using Excel
  • Well organised with the ability to work to multiple deadlines
