Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Junior Trader to join our growing team at The Traders Guild. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in the world of day trading, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to make informed trading decisions.

- Collaborate with fellow trainee junior traders to share insights and develop trading strategies.

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship meetings to continually develop your trading knowledge and skills.

- Monitor and manage trading risk, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of trading activities and prepare reports as needed.

- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, actively participating in group discussions and networking events.

Requirements:

- Strong interest in day trading and financial markets.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the trading industry.
