The Roker Hotel is looking for an Fantastic Bar Manager to help run their flagship bar Poetic Licence Sunderland
Poetic Licence is a destination bar and hotel restaurant. You, as the Manager will be a hands on leader who, using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire.
Poetic licence bar and restaurant prides itself on being ahead of the competition and produces award winning gins which are served in our flagship bar.
We are looking for a big happy personality who has a passion for good food and drink, a flare for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail and /or quality gastro pub experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 45 per week
Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
