The Mailing Room Ltd is a small business based in Bury. We are professional, agile and innovative. Since 1998, we have specialised in the supply and maintenance of franking machines, mailroom equipment and consumables, establishing ourselves as independent market leaders, based on our customer-focused approach. We want you to enjoy coming to work, have fun with us and to provide great customer service all at the same time.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to develop and maintain business management software. The Business Analyst will be responsible for keeping our software up-to-date, staying current with industry trends, ensuring the seamless operation of business management software and communicating with vendors regarding upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and improve the inter-relationships between business processes, people procedures, systems, and their associated information flows.
- Assist in defining, planning and preparing Project Capital requests, delivery plans and associated business benefits and new ways of working.
- Accurately identifies and specifies business solutions that satisfy business requirements and improve business performance.
- Build solutions.
- Builds relationships, to influence and work collaboratively across IT and business teams to ensure a clear understanding of priority detailed requirements that need to be delivered and supported in ongoing live service.
- Ensure user testing & training requirements are understood, documented, and supports user adoption of new initiatives and ways of working.

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
