Your role as Team Leader / Supervisor /Bar Staff

We are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering. Team Leader duties include: • Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues • Being a supportive and proactive leader You will need to demonstrate: • Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment • A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams.

This position has Free live in accommodation, you must drive due to the location, and be flexible as the business owners have multiple business within 15 miles of the Greyhound.

Contract length: 1-6 months
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

Salary: £9.50-£15.00 per hour
