Area Sales Manager - North

The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with an Area Sales Manager – North who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands.

We are now looking to balance the success of the core UK.Com business with further expanding our UK wholesale and Spa channels and redefining the retail strategy for our sister nail brand Peacci (an omnichannel B2C model). Therefore we are now looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Area Sales Managers who have the desire to want to sell, and are passionate about training and educating accounts within the beauty industry.

· Grow the TGB business within your geographical territory by selling our professional product line to end-users in the focus areas of Salons, Nail Bars, Therapists, Spas and Training Schools/ Colleges

· Carry out product and brand-led training within territories, through regular in-house training updates

· Build relationships and coach your accounts to drive the TGB brands.

· Maximise and execute NPD and promotions across your area.

· Be the market and regional expert – maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer needs and competitor activity.

· Support the broader sales team with trade shows, educational trips and national accounts.

A bit about you:

You will work form home but this role will require a lot of travel out in the field. With this in mind, you will need to be organised and flexible to run your own diary & appointments. It would also be advantageous if you have:

· A beauty sales background, and ideally nail experience.

· Full driving licence (required).

· A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

· Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals.

· Ability to educate and demonstrate products.
