Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a bright, confident and approachable individual with the ability to adapt to different situations. The right candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, lead and integrate themselves into the existing team and have previous hospitality and/or retail experience dealing with customers on a face to face basis.

What the job role entails:
· Supporting the supervisor/management team on shift
· Keeping Track and ordering of stock.
· Teaching a wide array of board games from our 600+ game library
· A passion to learn new board games to teach and play
· Preparing food and drink in our kitchen
· Working to our high standards of food hygiene
· Offering amazing customer service
· Meeting and greeting customers
· Taking food orders
· Overseeing the sale of alcohol
· Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
· Have a good knowledge of modern hobby board games or be willing to learn
The Candidate will also be able to take advantage of staff discounts, free use of the Library, company pension + other benefits. There is also the opportunity for a vast amount of progression within the company.
