The Courtyard Restaurant Manager

The Courtyard is to be taken to unprecedented recognition, and we are looking for someone to join this highly talented team. We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the team of our bistro, located at the heart of Cornwall’s main tourist attraction, Bodmin Jail Museum & Attraction, part of one of the most unique & luxurious properties this region has to offer, The Bodmin Jail Hotel.

As the Courtyard Manager, you will provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be an excellent communicator, a true leader that brings passion and inspiration to everyone around you. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring the best practices are maintained, motivating your team to achieve the best results. You will be a motivational leader with a natural ability to motivate, train and develop your team to ensure they create the most memorable experience for our guests.

This position holds full P&L accountability and responsibility for the success of the department. This means that you will be expected to own and drive the sales conversions, marketing requirements and budget achievement while also be prudent with labour costs, purchasing and GP delivery.
