Join our young, vibrant team at our central Bournemouth offices for some fast-paced learning, helping us to run the UK's biggest freshers tour in 2023. If you're up for spending your summer with us working on some of the most incredible projects in Europe, then this is for you!

This summer will test your ability to utilise social media to sell events within a promotional sales environment, and how you deal with meeting sales targets. You will have the opportunity to run your own events after successfully promoting them, providing you with a real insight into the events industry, whilst working with a great team of like minded individuals.

No experience is necessary, however a social media or events background is desirable. You will need to be a very energetic, motivated and competitive individual with ‘the gift of the gab’. This is not a job for you if you don't like hard work or a competitive environment. You will get a well rounded insight into social media marketing, sales and executing live events.

****YOU MUST LIVE IN BOURNEMOUTH or close surrounding areas******. You will be required to reliably commute daily, remote working is not possible.

Details:

Basic monthly salary, plus a weekly performance-based bonus if targets are met. We also will be offering monthly prizes for specific bonus schemes. Prizes can include tickets to gigs and much more.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm with 3 x daily breaks.

Due to the competitive nature of the industry, you may be required to work from home after hours to ensure that your targets are met.
