Position Overview & Specifications
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to join a renowned healthcare organization within the agency world. The Operations Director will play a key role in managing and optimizing our clinical and administrative operations to ensure the highest level of delivery and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the healthcare organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and vendors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and success of the healthcare organization.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, including performance management, mentoring, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance is upheld.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations management.
- Experience working within NHS/Acute, Care/Nursing homes.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Experience in budget development, financial management, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
